• We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all eligible items.
Hassle free returns
• If you change your mind, simply get in touch with us via email within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. This means the item must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged.
Return Delivery Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed.
Refund Process
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the return delivery costs.
• Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received.
Exemptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
o Items marked as 'Clearance'
o On sale for 15% off or more.
o Ex-display items.
o Custom made to order items.
Right to Decline Return
• Deja Vu Interiors reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above, including items that are opened, used, or missing original packaging.
How to Return Your Item
• To initiate a return, simply email us at: greensborough@dejavuinteriors.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a picture of the re-packaged product and let us know if you would like us to arrange a courier or you will return the item yourself.
• On receipt of the email one of our team will provide further instructions on how to return your item.
